    People at Work is the first of two Level 1 Business and Management courses that aim to provide an introduction to the study of organizational behaviour for students with little or no previous social science knowledge. Key concerns of this course are the effects and impacts of learning, personality, communication, perception and motivation on individual and group behaviours in the organizational setting.

    This 2nd Semester (January-June) course focuses on core concepts of marketing and strategic analysis, providing foundations for further study of advanced marketing and strategy modules. It introduces the fundamentals of competitive analysis, customer buyer behaviour, marketing research, segmentation and marketing mix decisions.
